Total Warehouse Solutions in Bordentown, NJ, is hiring Full-Time Unloading/Lumping Associates. Shift: Mon-Fri 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM. Pay: $15.92 - $25.00 per hour based on productivity; Sign-On Bonus: $750; Referral Bonus: $750; Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid holidays and vacation, 401(k).

Weekly pay. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, building pallets, reading shipping details, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Experience operating pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift 50–70 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays/overtime.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trailers, containers, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate hand trucks, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Build, organize, and stage pallets for storage and shipment.
• Read labels, breakdown sheets, and shipping information accurately.
• Secure products for transport using shrink wrap and tape.
• Inspect freight and report shortages or damages.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

In this role, you'll help keep products moving through our operation by loading, unloading, organizing, and preparing shipments using a combination of manual and powered equipment, including electric pallet jacks, pacers, and forklifts.

Employees are guaranteed an hourly base rate of $15.92 for all hours worked, subject to applicable overtime requirements. Ratewill depend on productivity, workload, volume, and performance under the applicable TWS productivity/load-earnings program

What You'll Do
