Total Warehouse Solutions in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring Full-Time Unloading/Lumping Specialists to keep shipments moving using manual and powered equipment. You will load and unload, organize pallets, read shipping labels, and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.

• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklift/warehouse equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing 50-70 pounds.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trailers, containers, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate hand trucks, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Build, organize, and stage pallets for storage and shipment.
• Read labels, breakdown sheets, and shipping information accurately.
• Secure products for transport using shrink wrap and tape.
• Inspect freight and report shortages or damages.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
