You will handle deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and related transactions while delivering a high standard of service to customers. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, adherence to security and compliance procedures, and proactive cross-selling of banking products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Sales experience preferred; compliance and training curriculum completed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall customer satisfaction.
• Proficiently service customers by accepting and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency within policy guidelines.
• Open accounts and perform changes to existing accounts as requested by the customer.
• Maintain a cash drawer by balancing daily and assist with branch duties.
• Adhere to bank compliance, security and operational policies and procedures.
