Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and the public while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, transit areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Monitor access points and support access-control procedures for authorized personnel and visitors.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate findings to Allied Universal leadership.
