Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the Culver City location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents in accordance with site procedures.
