Allied Universal in Culver City, CA is hiring a Security Officer for full-time unarmed patrol, leveraging technology to document activities and provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, while following site protocols and safety procedures. A high school diploma and background check are required; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of work areas and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report maintenance concerns and incidents.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate information during shifts.
