Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Inspection in Nashville, TN. You will provide customer service to residents, visitors, employees, and the public while performing routine unarmed patrols and monitoring access points to deter incidents.

Responsibilities include reporting incidents, maintaining logs, and responding to emergencies with calm, professional conduct. A background check and drug screen are required where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, employees, and the public while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, grounds, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, maintenance concerns, and incidents to staff.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established procedures, contacting emergency services or site representatives when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs of patrols and observations.
