Job summary

Allied Universal in Charlestown, IN is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Badge Control Patrol to monitor access, patrol areas, and deter security incidents at a tech/media/telecom location. You will deliver excellent customer service and maintain a visible, trusted presence.

Minimum requirements include 18+ years old for unarmed roles, a high school diploma or equivalent, and successful completion of a background check and drug screen where permitted by law.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization; report unusual conditions to supervision.
