Job summary

Allied Universal in Richmond, VA is seeking a Security Guard for Full Time Patrol Operations. You will protect client sites, monitor access, and provide courteous service to visitors, employees, and contractors at a government transportation location.

As an unarmed patrol officer, you will perform routine patrols, document incidents, respond to alarms, and work a schedule from Mon to Fri 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. A high school diploma, 18+ years, and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply locally.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and/or the public while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, grounds, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel and contractors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report to leadership.
