Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A background check and drug screen will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to identify hazards and report findings.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and according to established protocols.
• Assist with access control and visitor guidance while maintaining a professional presence in patient-care areas.
• Document incidents and patrol activity for site leadership and emergency responders.
