Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly and follow established protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor direction and access procedures, and report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate with facility staff and Allied Universal leadership.
