Job summary

ImageCare Radiology in New Jersey is seeking a Full-Time Ultrasound Technologist for our Hackettstown site to perform ultrasound examinations for diverse patients and support radiologists with accurate documentation.

Requirements include a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer license and BLS certification, with one year of hospital or independent experience preferred. Proficiency with EMR and PACS and strict HIPAA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer license required.
• BLS Certification required.
• At least 1 year hospital or independent work experience preferred.
• General ultrasound, OB/GYN, vascular and breast exams performed.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic procedures for patients of all ages.
• Order supplies for ultrasound tests and document results.
• Verify exam orders and ensure correct patient and study details.
• Maintain ARRT certification awareness and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain clean and stocked work area and proper records in EMR/PACS.
