U.S. Urology Partners is seeking a qualified Ultrasonographer in New Jersey to perform diagnostic sonography across obstetric/gynecologic, abdominal, neurosonography or breast imaging.

You will review patient history, prepare equipment, and explain the procedure to patients. The role requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in sonography, RDMS certification, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience as a certified Ultrasonographer.

Qualifications

• RDMS certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a certified Ultrasonographer.

Responsabilités

• Review patient history and physician instructions.
• Prepare equipment and select appropriate settings for procedures.
• Explain procedure to patient and document relevant medical history.
• Position patient to achieve best imaging views and apply gel.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and capture images for interpretation.
• View images, select representative ones for physician review and take measurements.
• Maintain patient records and ensure safety and infection-control standards.
