Job summary

• Sales experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions accurately and confirm needs with customers.
• Balance cash drawer and report discrepancies promptly.
• Know Beacon Credit Union products and services to suggest solutions.
• Support other departments and branches as needed.
• Research, troubleshoot, and respond to inquiries.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act, Reg CC, and AML regulations.
• Deliver outstanding service in line with credit union standards.
• Meet monthly sales and service goals.
