Job summary

Vitality Living Hudson is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to manage resident transport on our Hudson campus, coordinating schedules and ensuring safe, reliable service.

You will operate community vehicles, follow safety rules, and collaborate with team members to meet resident needs. A valid license and 21+ age are required; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. CDL may be needed for larger vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean record that meets company insurance standards.
• CDL designation may be required if driving vehicles with a capacity of more than 15 passengers.
• CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Drive community vehicle according to assigned schedule and routes.
• Practice safe driving techniques and follow state guidelines for vehicle operation.
• Secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize equipment.
• Document all damages to company vehicles and report incidents.
• Clean interior and exterior of vehicle after outings and ensure adequate fuel levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
