Job summary

MTM Transit in partnership with Redding Area Bus Authority (RABA) seeks Full-Time and Part-Time drivers to join our team in Redding, CA. Location: 3333 South Market Street, Redding, CA 96001. Shifts run 4:30am–10:30pm, averaging 35–40+ hours weekly.

You’ll provide safe, on-time transportation and outstanding customer service to riders with mobility needs. Compensation includes training at $25.00/hr and post-training $25.50/hr, plus medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid training, holidays,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have 3 years of valid U.S. Driver's License driving experience.
• Valid Class B-P license or ability to obtain.
• DOT/Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate defensive driving skills.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with passenger loading/unloading.
• Secure mobility devices as required for safety.
