Qualifications

• CDA certification or 12 college credits in early childhood education is required.
• Associates or bachelor's degree in ECE/Child Development/Psychology preferred.
• Ability to pass CT background check (BCIS) is required.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly lesson plans for a classroom of 8 toddlers (18–36 months).
• Support your students alongside a co-teacher and use developmentally appropriate activities.
• Document observations in Teaching Strategies Gold with Creative Curriculum.
• Enhance language development using LENA technology.
• Receive classroom and family support from aids and family advocates.
• Communicate routines with parents via Procare and Remind messaging.
