Boston Baby Nurses LLC in Chestnut Hill, MA is seeking a full-time, long-term nanny to care for a toddler and, in the future, an infant. The role requires a warm, respectful caregiver who enjoys enriching activities, playful learning, and building a trusting relationship with the child.

The family values open communication, gentle parenting, and consistency. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:15 PM and Friday 7:30 AM–12:30 PM, with 40 hours weekly, paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant childcare experience.
• Toddler experience required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Non-smoker with clean background.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Up-to-date vaccinations (including covid, flu, Tdap).

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for one toddler.
• Plan engaging activities and outings.
• Prepare child meals and snacks.
• Clean up after meals and activities.
• Take child to parks, libraries, classes, and outings.
• Keep child spaces organized.
• Complete child-related light household tasks.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional childcare experience required
• Prior toddler experience required;
• Current CPR / First Aid certification
• Non-smoker
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Up to date on all routine vaccinations, including covid, flu and Tdap

Position Details

Location: Chestnut Hill, MA

Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-4:15 PM, and Friday, 7:30 AM-12:30 PM.

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

(open to less hours for the right fit if that is the candidate's preference)

Start Date: ASAP

Hourly Rate: $33-$36/hour, based on experience; taxes withheld

Vacation: 2 weeks paid

Sick Time: 1 week paid
