Boston Baby Nurses LLC is seeking a warm, professional nanny/family assistant for three children in West Newton, MA. This full-time, long-term role offers 40 hours weekly with typical hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional earlier starts or later days.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of childcare experience, CPR/First Aid certification, a valid driver’s license, and a fragrance-free home comfort.

Qualifications

• Montessori experience is a plus.
• Up to date on routine vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Provide loving, age-appropriate care for three children.
• Assist with school and camp drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Prepare breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and simple meals.
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.
• Support the children's academic growth, independence, and life skills through routines.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding schedules and progress.

Requirements

Position Details

Location: West Newton, MA

Typically Monday-Friday, between the hours of 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Occasional flexibility required, with some days beginning at 7:00 AM or extending until 5:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Start Date: September 2

Position Type: Full-time, long-term

Hourly Rate: $35-$39/hour, based on experience; taxes withheld

Vacation: 2 weeks paid

Sick Time: 1 week paid
