Boston Baby Nurses LLC in Needham, MA is seeking a long-term, live-out, full-time nanny to care for two boys—one turning 3 in December and a 5-month-old. The role blends infant care with an active toddler schedule, requiring warmth, energy, and reliability.

You will provide weekday care from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with guaranteed hours, school drop-offs/pickups, outings, meals, and light housekeeping focused on the children. Must have a valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional childcare experience, including infant and toddler experience.
• CPR / First Aid certification.
• TDAP vaccination required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Providing full-time care for the infant while the older child attends preschool.
• School drop-off and pickup Monday-Thursday.
• Caring for both children on Fridays.
• Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, outings, and local adventures.
• Transporting the children to activities, including weekly swim lessons.
• Preparing meals and snacks for the children.
• Children's laundry, bottles, dishes, and light housekeeping related to the children.
• Helping keep common living spaces tidy and assisting with light household tasks when time allows.

Position Details

• Location: Needham, MA
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, with 40 guaranteed hours per week between the hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. There may be occasional opportunities for up to 5 additional hours of overtime.
• Start Date: ASAP, with full-time hours beginning around September 21
• Hourly Rate: $34-$40/hour BOE; taxes withheld
• Driving Required: Yes; family vehicle available for on-the-job driving
• Travel: Occasional travel welcomed but not required
