• Welcome and assist members at the Wauwatosa branch, representing UW Credit Union.
• Strive to meet performance goals aligned with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
• Maintain a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services.
• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line.
• Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures.
• Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members.
• Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate.
• Look for ways to exceed members' expectations.
• Collaborate with your branch team to address member and branch needs.
• Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of customer service experience, confidence with cash handling, effective interaction skills across diverse demographics, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team, comfort with technology, and problem-solving abilities.
