Alliance Bank Central Texas is seeking a full-time Teller for our Georgetown, Texas location. You will help customers complete everyday transactions, keep balanced and compliant records, and support banking operations throughout the day.

The role requires cash handling experience, basic computer skills, and a friendly customer approach. Schedule is Monday–Friday, onsite, with an hourly starting rate up to $16.

Key responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers; posting loan payments, money orders, and GL tickets; supporting night depository and vault reconciliation; balancing Teller activity daily; and assisting with other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Your Typical Shift

You'll start by preparing your Teller station, reviewing any updates, and getting ready for the lobby to open. Throughout the day, you'll greet customers, stay attentive to detail, and keep transactions moving at a steady pace while working with teammates when questions come up. Expect a mix of busy stretches and quieter moments to double-check totals, keep your workspace organized, and ensure records are in order. You'll wrap up by closing out your drawer, confirming your numbers, and handing off any notes so the next day in banking and finance starts smoothly.
