Responsibilities include handling deposits and withdrawals, delivering service that earns loyalty, and identifying opportunities to refer bank products through needs-based conversations.

Qualifications

• Previous teller or cash-handling experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable assisting customers in a retail environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Experience and enthusiasm for customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and listening proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

You will provide great service and accurate processing, while adhering to established Bank policies, procedures, and objectives. Performs any function, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers. We strive for excellence in conducting needs-based conversations to identify solutions for customers.
