UW Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Teller for the University Avenue branch. You will accurately handle teller transactions and build relationships with members while suggesting UWCU products that fit their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Confidence with cash handling and transactions.
• Ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional skills are essential.
• Team player that can jump in where needed.
• Ability to work in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members at the University Avenue branch.
• Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
• Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services.
• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line.
• Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures.
• Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members.
• Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate.
• Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations.
• Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs.
