Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Capable of working with a team to determine solutions.
• Ability to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for training.

Responsibilities

• Build Client Relationships and sustain trust.
• Recommend and provide accounts, loans, and services that meet client needs.
• Promote bank products and services inside and outside the bank.
• Proactively refer to bank partners to generate additional revenue.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
• Perform teller duties and process client transactions.
• Assist with bank opening and closing as directed.
