• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks, and transfers.
• Assist members with online banking, mobile apps, and other channels.
• Guide members through ITM/ATM transactions and questions.
• Build relationships by understanding member needs and recommending products.
• Resolve routine member concerns with professionalism and patience.
