Job summary

Pine Country Bank in Sauk Centre, Minnesota is looking for a Full Time Teller to handle a range of routine banking transactions and customer service tasks. You will process deposits, withdrawals, CDs, and related items, maintain accurate teller drawer balances, and support cryptic regulatory forms as needed.

The position includes cross-selling bank products, assisting customers with issues, and participating in cash inventories, periodic reporting, and reconciling functions.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

Responsibilities

• Processes routine customer requests and transactions
• Balances and maintains teller drawer
• Cross-sells the Bank’s products and services
• Assists customers with product and service related items such as issue resolution, safe deposit box access, phone inquiries, etc.
• Processes Teller Proof Work
• Fills out required regulatory forms
• Replenishes ATM
• Maintains drive-up equipment

Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:0pm with rotating Saturdays, 8:30am to 11:30am.
