About the Role

Are you passionate about finance, customer service, and creating meaningful connections? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant team as INB Tellers. In this role, you will handle transactions, provide excellent service, and help customers achieve their financial goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet all bank customers courteously and professionally as they enter the branch.
• Operate a teller window to process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions within established guidelines.
• Record transactions accurately in the computer system and issue receipts.
• Assist customers with account questions and place holds when necessary.
• Manage cash supplies, count incoming cash, and balance cash drawers.
• Maintain good customer relations, promote bank services, and identify cross-sale opportunities.
• Record customer interactions in the CRM platform.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year of related cash handling or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with digital platforms and banking technology.
• Ability to handle large sums of cash accurately and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Customer-centric attitude, positive demeanor, and team-oriented mindset.

Physical and Other Requirements

Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to qualified individuals with disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $16.00 per hour
