Position: FLOATING Full Time Member Service Associate

Location: Home Branch: Regency Square Branch - Lancaster, PA; Coverage: Lancaster, PA Region and Lebanon, PA Region

Pay Range: $15.25/hr - $19.07/hr (based on skills and experience)

Summary

This entry-level member service position handles various transactional duties including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, night drop deposits, and ATM transactions with high accuracy. Maintains accurate records, provides basic cash services, and offers general information on Belco products and services. Responsible for answering calls professionally and participating in outbound relationship calls. Upholds Quality Assurance Standards and delivers outstanding member service, representing the credit union courteously and confidently.

Essential Functions

• Support sales and service culture enthusiastically.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Use a consultative approach to educate members about products and cross-sell appropriately.
• Provide prompt, accurate service for member transactions and respond professionally to emails.
• Adhere to security procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Interview members, gather information, and build long-term relationships.
• Refer members to specialists for detailed questions.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and compliance mandates.
• Embodies Belco’s mission, vision, and values.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Preferred Experience

Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
