Chick-fil-A is hiring Team Members to deliver signature service in an independent, owner-operated location. Team Members work across Front of House and Back of House to ensure a top-notch dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include friendly guest interactions, accurate food prep, and maintaining a clean, safe restaurant. You will learn from experienced Operators in a supportive, growth‑minded environment.

They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. Due to our unique layout, this independently owned and operated Chick-fil-A location requires Team Members to work between both Front of House and Back of House.

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile, create and maintain eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and make emotional connections with guests.
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant.
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and with a strong work ethic.
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all stations, including order taking, fries, breading, assembling, and food prep
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Stock inventory as needed
• Keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
