The Camp Hill School District is seeking candidates for an available Full-Time Study Hall Monitor position at Camp Hill Middle School/High School. The position is eligible for benefits, including medical, vision, dental and life insurance, and paid leave.
Actively monitor middle and high school students during their study hall periods, including taking attendance and keeping students focused and on task.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
Position requires stooping, crouching, reaching with hands and arms, standing in a stationary position, walking at moderate speeds, use of fingers. Study Hall Monitor needs to be able to quickly move between classrooms at the end of each time period. Person must be able to communicate verbally and to hear with no more than a 40-decibel loss. Vision clarity of near, far and mid-range vision is needed (less than 20 inches and more than 20 feet). Depth perception, ability to focus on objects clearly, with field of vision and ability to identify colors is recommended.
