Job summary

Storage Asset Management is seeking a Store Manager to act as a sales and customer service expert for our self-storage facilities. You will drive rentals, conduct engaging tours, maintain a premier facility appearance, and implement marketing plans while building local community relationships.

Ideal candidates show a proven sales background, strong communication skills, and a willingness to lead and mentor junior staff. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into storage rentals.
• Elevate the customer experience with facility tours.
• Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained.
• Execute daily facility inspections for premium presentation.
• Implement marketing plans following guidelines.
• Establish a presence in local associations and community events.
• Attend sales trainings and industry events; mentor assistants.
• Manage rent collections and fees; maintain accurate accounting records.
