As Store Manager, you'll be more than a manager; you'll be a sales and customer service expert. You'll proactively recommend and execute marketing strategies based on competitor insights and seasonal trends. Additionally, you'll actively engage with the local community by attending local events, expanding your network, and generating valuable leads.
