Job summary

Ampersand Brands, including Lolli & Pops, is recruiting for a Full-Time Assistant Manager at The Woodlands Mall. You will support store leadership, drive KPI targets, and help coach the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level KPI performance and take action to meet targets.
• Lead guest engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge sharing.
• Coach team on selling skills and lead by example to maximize sales.
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations, ordering, and inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and directives consistently with the team.
• Be a visible ambassador for Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
