The role of Full-time Assistant Manager at The Woodlands Mall focuses on leading the store team to achieve KPI targets, train staff, drive guest engagement, and maintain merchandising standards while supporting day-to-day operations and

Responsabilidades

• Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to achieve targets
• Keep team focused on guest engagement, suggestive selling, sampling and sharing product knowledge
• Maximize sales through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills and leading by example
• Assist in hiring, training, developing and motivating team members
• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day running including ordering, inventory management and coaching the team
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness
• Ensure policies and procedures are enforced by all team members
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more per shift)
• Frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, and stooping
• Lift/move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally with/without accommodation
• Operate a point-of-sale system and handle small objects (candy, merchandise)
• Visual and auditory ability to operate equipment and interact with guests and team members
• Communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and via digital tools
