Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring a store associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store in top condition. You will contribute to a positive customer experience by working with the ALDI team and providing excellent service.

The role is full-time with 30+ hours weekly, starting wage $18.00 per hour, and progressive raises through Year 5. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and operate store equipment.
• Must be able to interpret ALDI policies and follow procedures.
• Strong communication, basic arithmetic, and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Model customer service principles and escalate concerns to management.
• Informs management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Accurately scan and process purchases using POS; report scanning issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures; follow line policy for checkout.
• Stock shelves, merchandising, and complete curbside pickup orders accurately.
