Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to deliver friendly customer service while merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You’ll work with the ALDI team to ensure a smooth shopping experience and accurate checkout processes.

The role requires the ability to handle POS systems, follow cash policies, and meet availability and attendance expectations. Full-time schedule averages 30+ hours per week, with starting wage of $18 per hour and step increases over five years.

Qualifications

• Basic arithmetic for cashiering and pricing accuracy.
• Prompt, courteous customer service with ability to multitask.
• Able to follow store policies and safety procedures.
• Available for full-time schedule and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to planograms.
• Operate POS system and complete customer transactions.
• Assist customers and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Open additional check lanes as required for efficient checkout.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and inventory control.
