Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product.
• Cashier using POS system and process purchases.
• Open additional check lanes as required for efficient checkout.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly per planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean store environment.
