Job summary

ALDI is hiring a Full-Time Store Associate for the North Richland Hills, TX location. You will merchandise, stock, cashier, and clean to keep the store inviting, while delivering excellent customer service in a collaborative ALDI team environment.

Starting wage is $18.50/hour with scheduled increases over the first five years. Typical hours are 30+ per week, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products according to planograms.
• Operate POS system to process purchases accurately.
• Assist with curbside pickup and timely delivery to customers' vehicles.
• Maintain store cleanliness and neat presentations of shelves and displays.
• Open additional check lanes as needed to ensure efficient checkout.
• Follow cash policies and adhere to store procedures.
