Job summary

ALDI in Dallas, TX is seeking a Store Associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering outstanding customer service. Average 30+ hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour and wage increases in Years 2–5.

You will work with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience. Daily duties include operating the POS system, stocking shelves, assisting curbside pickup, and maintaining safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 18 years old required.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
