Job summary

ALDI is hiring a Full-Time Store Associate in New Orleans to help merchandise, stock, cashier, and maintain store standards. You will use the POS system, follow policies, and assist customers to deliver a great shopping experience.

The role includes a starting wage of $17.50 per hour with scheduled increases over five years, plus benefits for full-time employees. Must be 18+ and able to work 30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks and other store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products according to planograms.
• Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain clean and safe store environment.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Support management in achieving loss prevention and safety goals.
