Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a dedicated store associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.

The role is full-time with 30+ hours per week and starts at $18.50 per hour, with pay increases over years 2–5. Benefits include 401(k) plans and health offerings for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and escalate concerns if needed.
• Operate POS to scan and process purchases and report scanning issues.
• Stock shelves and merchandise per planograms to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers' vehicles.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards and assist management to improve efficiency.
• Adhere to company policies, safety and loss-prevention practices.
