Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate in Fulton, MO. You will merchandise and stock products, cashier, and help keep the store clean while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll work with the ALDI team to create a welcoming shopping environment and ensure accurate checkout.

Starting wage is $18.00 per hour, with raises in Year 2 to $18.50, Year 3 to $19.00, Year 4 to $19.00, and Year 5 to $20.00. Full-time with an average of 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models and upholds customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Uses POS system to scan purchases and informs management of scanning issues.
• Stocks shelves and displays according to merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and ensures timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards and assists management in achieving efficiency and loss targets.
