Job summary

ALDI in Springfield, MO is seeking a full-time Store Associate to merchandise and stock products, cashier and maintain a clean store environment while delivering outstanding customer service. You will work with the ALDI team to ensure fast, friendly service and accurate checkout processes.

This role requires lifting up to 45 pounds, standing for long periods, and adherence to store policies. Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with scheduled raises in subsequent years, and benefits apply to

Qualifications

• Ability to operate all store equipment (cash registers, floor scrubber, baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers).
