ALDI is seeking a Store Associate in Missouri to deliver friendly customer service while merchandising, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will work with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience, operate POS, follow policies, and assist management in achieving efficiency and loss-prevention goals.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with scheduled increases over five years; full-time with 30+ hours weekly.

Formación

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Properly utilizes the POS system to accurately scan and process customer purchases and informs management of scanning issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Follows the line policy and opens additional check lanes as required for efficient checkout.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and timely from staging area.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assists store management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Complies with all company policies and processes.
• Supports a safe working environment by identifying hazards and maintaining equipment.
