Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking enthusiastic part-time store associates, stockers and cashiers in Missouri. Roles involve stocking, cashiering and cleaning to maintain an excellent shopping experience. Starting wage is $18.00 per hour with scheduled increases through Year 5.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment and the POS system.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to maintain store standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient cashier service at the POS.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency and shrink goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment by identifying hazards and ensuring safety.
• Perform general cleaning to ALDI standards.
