Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, etc.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store presentable.
• Assist store management in achieving operational efficiency and loss prevention goals.
• Utilize the POS system to process purchases and handle cash accurately.
• Follow merchandising planograms and open additional check lanes as needed to ensure efficient checkout.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and promptly.
