ALDI USA in Dayville, CT is hiring a store associate to stock, merchandise, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll collaborate with the ALDI team, follow merchandising planograms, support curbside pickup, and operate the POS system accurately.

This full-time role starts at $20 per hour with annual increases through Year 5, and includes comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.

Formación

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Able to operate store equipment such as cash registers and POS systems.
• Strong arithmetic and basic math skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Merchandise and stock products according to planograms.
• Assist customers at checkout with accurate scanning and payment processing.
• Open additional lanes as needed to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stock shelves neatly and maintain merchandising standards.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment and follow company policies.
• Support store management in achieving loss-prevention goals.
