Job summary

Hannaford Supermarkets in Maine seeks an experienced Store Manager to oversee Retail Operations and drive store performance. You will lead department teams, uphold product quality and presentation, and model a culture aligned with Hannaford’s strategy to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will manage assets, schedules and inventory while coaching associates to meet financial objectives and maintain food safety standards across the department.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to learn multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated good judgement solving problems, handling complaints and resolving grievances.
• Desire and ability to lead and manage associates across departments.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Accredited by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or able to obtain accreditation within 90 days.
