Position Summary

• Assess and evaluate patients.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy.
• Serve as the primary contact for treatment and discharge planning.
• Implement therapeutic milieu and daily program schedules.
• Maintain a safe and efficient treatment environment.
• Communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health

Licenses: LPC or LCSW

Experience (preferred):

• Two years working with clinical multidisciplinary teams
• Two years of social work experience, with at least one year in behavioral health outpatient settings, preferably MH/SA IOP
• Training in evidence-based treatment modalities including individual, group, and family interventions
